Recently, I bought a new cutting board made of torreya. There wasn’t any need for a new board, but the man who made the boards seemed to take so much pride in his craftsmanship and I suddenly had this urge to want to cut vegetables on this board and purchased it ! This wood is known for its resilience and has a cinnamon-like aroma which fir me is like aromatherapy 🥰. And I’ve been enjoying cooking so much more since this board came to me !
先日榧木で作った将棋盤やまな板を売っている職人さんの榧の木への熱い想いを聞いていたら無性にそのまな板でお料理したくなり、ゲットしてしまいました！シナモンのような良い香りがそのまな板から立ち込めてきてアロマセラピーまでできてしまうという優れもの❤️
お料理が益々楽しくなりました！
